How do I unsubscribe fromthe zone email list?

Send an E-mail to users-request@zonebbs.com with the word unsubscribe in the subject or body. If password is omitted, a mailback confirmation will be sent to you to confirm. Or, go to the mailing list page, and there, select the manage my subscription by filling in your E-mail address and password, and then selecting the unsubscribe button there.

yes I know, and it seems what is posted on there can just as well be posted to the boards anyway, bbesides, once I finish my story in writers block, I won't be coming here much, for a while, maybe just popping in and out occasionally, but I won't be here on a regular basis. Thanks,
